How to Join Our Conference Room

Wondering how to Join Our Conference Room??
It is easy!
We bring EVERYTHING to you at your HOME! You don’t have to travel, gas up that car, book a hotel room (well, unless you REALLY want to get away!), find parking, walk for blocks, or fight the crowds. You can join us in the comforts of your own home. EVEN in your PJ’s and bed-head if you want!
All you need is internet service, your computer with speakers or a headset, and our Conference Room download (directions on that in a moment).
Have dial up internet? No problem! I do too!
Need to teach your children? No problem! You can tune in and listen while your children are working and playing.
Tight budget? No problem! We always offer guest passes so you can join us live for FREE!! It is our way of blessing you! Of course, want a set? Well, check out our Mommy Homework at my blog where you can EARN virtual cash toward your purchases of tickets, audio sets, ebooks, and Mp3 audios!
Have to miss sessions? Again, NO problem! We record everything! You can purchase our sets to listen to at your convenience. We even save all of our text chats and post them online WITH the audio! Oh! And, when you purchase a ticket/set, you don’t even have to worry about missing any doorprizes–we post them on the site for you!

- Download our free Conference Room Software.
- Log in to the current class (each class has a password–you will need to be on our Talk-a-Latte Updates list (if you are joining as my guest) or registered for the current event (just grab your ticket). If you want to join a chat, Just look at our site for the details for this week.

Let’s download the Conference Room so you will be ready for the next event. DO NOTE! The room will not connect if we are using the room for another event–you have to use the current password to join the room. We have different passwords for every event. We have events going on all of the time. Don’t think that anything is wrong with your computer or the room if you cannot connect.

GOT A MAC? At this time, we do not have an option for the Conference Room for Macs. GREAT NEWS! We are working on it at this time! Grab that token PC and join our events. ALSO! Have Bootcamp? If you have Windows installed on Bootcamp, you can use the Conference Room in Windows.
FOR EVERYONE ELSE: Click to begin download or copy/paste into your internet browser and click ENTER. It will only take a few minutes to download into your computer, but you want
to do it ahead of time so you don’t miss a minute in the Conference Room.After it is downloaded on your computer, it will set up an icon on your desktop that says CONFERENCE. Then, you will only have to click it to open up the room.
Here are your instructions from there:When you are ready to enter, you will enter your NAME or EMAIL ADDRESS in the first blank. Please use your full name and email address to register.
Add the following information when prompted:
Name of Room: Talk-a-Latte
Password: letschat (password is case sensitive-do not enter any extra characters or spaces-password is only in effect during the actual chat)Remember…your password is different for chats and other classes. It only works for the room when the room is open for the study.
Get ready for blast! We will have a great time of study, fellowship, and relationship as we TALK-A-LATTE!!
Seems like a nice website but since I am not a paying customer the passwords don’t seem to work.

Hi Lisa!
You don’t have to “pay” to access the Conference Room. All you have to do is stay in touch for the times and passwords for our sessions. The password is different for each online event. It only works during that scheduled time. At other times the room is closed.
We have many opportunities to TALK-A-LATTE!
We have a free weekly Talk-a-Latte chat. Also, you can join our monthly seminars for free if you come live to hear it. You can be my guest! All you need after you set up the Conference Room is the password for the chat or seminar. Just sign up for our mailing list or come back here for updates on when our next session begins and the passwords.
For example, look for our next chat OR our next seminar. For seminars you will need to sign up for our Talk-a-Latte Update list or purchase a ticket to receive the password. Wonder why you have to register? We need a way to contact all who want to be involved in the event that we have tech problems. Also, the best way for me to send extra goodies to those who were a part of the event is through our mailing list. You only have to sign up for Talk-a-Latte Updates once to be notified for each of our seminars. Just sign up for that at this link:
