Wondering “Just WHAT on earth is Talk-a-Latte about??”

Great question! Summer 2006, we began online workshops, chats, webinars, and Bible Studies. We had so much fun just relaxing with other moms while we talked all about homeschooling… mothering… marriage… homemaking…family business… and… God! It has been a BLAST! And, the best is yet to come!

We are here to encourage, inspire, and equip you for your call as a godly woman. Every single chat and seminar is loaded with wonderful teaching AND lots of SWEET goodies that will help you to step up to your call as a Christian woman. Don’t miss even one! On the See-Saw…

Did you have a super weekend? I pray so! I had a see-saw weekend. It was very good and very scary! That is what this email is all about.

My sweetheart had a crazy thing happen Friday night. I just got out of the doctor’s office and we have no idea still what happened, but he woke up unable to breathe in or out. His throat was swollen all the way shut. He could not breathe in or out at all. It was the most frightening thing I have ever experienced. I felt completely helpless. It was awful to see him struggle to breathe. It was a miracle that he didn’t die in front of me. Just awful!

It eased off over two hours. Today, the doctor is as puzzled as ever. He is leaning toward an allergic reaction to something (spider, etc) or possibly (because of his age) a weakening in his throat. Sooo, you guys pray for him and obviously me–I have been so edgy in my sleep since then. It is scary, scary. Read the story »
